The video lists the series script supervisor Toshiki Inoue (Death Note anime, modern Kamen Rider series), the original character designer Mutsumi Sasaki (Memories Off), the animation character designer Shuichi Shimamura (Nodame Cantabile, Detroit Metal City), the director Takaaki Ishiyama (Sakura Wars OAV, Otogi-Jushi Akazukin), and the Madhouse animation studio (Death Note, Demon City Shinjuku). It also lists the main voice cast: Hiroyuki Yoshino (Takumi Nishijō), Eri Kitamura (Rimi Sakihata), Ui Miyazaki, Yui Sakakibara, Hitomi Nabatame, Chiaki Takahashi, Ayumi Tsuji, and Akane Tomonaga. Kanako Itō sang the theme song "F.D.D." with music composed by tOkyO.
The 5pb. software developer, created the original Chaos;HEAd psychological suspense visual novel software that another developer, Nitroplus, produced and distributed. In the story, a shut-in teenager named Takumi becomes embroiled in a series of mysterious deaths around the Tokyo neighborhood of Shibuya, all of which could lead to a larger calamity. The television anime series will premiere in October in Japan.
